Service Areas
We proudly offer all of our services in Chesterfield, Chester, Dinwiddie, Fort Gregg-Adams and the Tri-cities area.
We offer all of our services, including overnight care, outside of our service area for the mileage rate of $0.59 per mile for the additional round trip miles. Requests outside of our area are considered based on availability for the additional time involved.
Dog Walking
The safety of your dog(s) is our main priority. Our dog walkers will walk up to 2 dogs (in the same house) depending on the size, behavior and health history of your dogs.
We do not allow Dog Walking in temperatures above 85 degrees. Dogs are extremely prone to heat stroke and have much higher internal temperatures than humans. Instead we will bring animal friendly toys to cool them down. What dog doesn’t love a sprinkler or a water gun?!
Boarding
We do not offer boarding. We are not a daycare or boarding facility. We provide only in-home pet care.
Key Pick-up/Drop-off
We include a $20 service fee if key pick-up or drop-off is necessary outside of the meet and greet or scheduled services.
Holiday Fee
We include a $5 holiday fee to each visit scheduled on a holiday. Holidays include:
New Years Eve
New Years Day
Easter
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving (day before, day of and day after)
Christmas (day before, day of and day after)
Cancellations
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, with the exception of Overnight Care. Any dog walking or pet sitting service cancelled within 24 hours of the start of the service are full price and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Services that are cancelled with more than 24 hours notice are eligible for account credit or can be rescheduled for a different day and time. This policy also applies to Meet and Greets.
Due to the availability needs and popular demand for Overnight Care, this service is non-refundable or waivable if any portion of the package is cancelled.
Payments/Deposits
Dog Walking and Pet Sitting

All New Clients: To reserve our availability for dog walking or pet sitting, a 50% deposit for your first service is required after the completion of a Meet and Greet. The additional 50% is due within 72 hours of the first service.

Continuing Dog Walking Clients: Full payment for the total of services is to be left at your home, sent by Venmo or Paypal to your dog walker on the first cycle day of the service week.

Continuing Pet Sitting Clients: Full payment for the total of services is to be left at your home, sent by Venmo or Paypal to your pet sitter on the first cycle day of the service week.
Overnight Care

All Clients: To reserve our availability, 50% of the estimated total of services is due at the time of scheduling request. Payments can be made via Venmo, Paypal or may be mailed (postmarked within 3 days of the scheduling request). The remainder of the payment owed is due within 72-hours of the start of your service.
